Faux Fur Coat Womens
Hello Teddy Coat!
In September 2017 we were in Jackson Hole, Wyoming on an Airstream trip. It’s an absolutely stunning town and now high on my list of favorite places.
Jackson Hole is known as one of the most expensive places to live in the US. There are lots of gorgeous, very expensive clothing stores. However it has a KMart, too, and for some reason we were in there. It’s never a store I think about for buying anything but I am SO glad we went in that day.
As we walked past the tourist t shirts and sweatshirts I stopped in my tracks as I saw this teddy coat, brown faux fur coat hanging there, it reminded me of the 70’s and I loved it!
It was in the Juniors section, but who cares! The moment I tried it on I knew I was buying it. I love that feeling of being super excited when I unexpectedly come across something “I didn’t know I needed”…haha.
Long story short, it was $50 and coming home with me.
Living in SoCal, cold weather isn’t something we get a lot of, however winter nights can get pretty chilly. This shaggy fur coat is perfect. It’s lined and keeps me nice and cozy.
Leopard Print Shoes…Simply Purrrfect
If you’re thinking about getting a teddy fur coat of some kind, I’d highly recommend it. This one is oversized and brought out the ‘inner rock chick’ in me when I paired it with black ripped jeans and leopard print shoes!
This jacket doesn’t seem to be available anymore, it was from KMart’s Fall 17 collection, however here’s three great alternatives worth checking out:
Just so happened my leopard print shoes made a good choice for the look I wanted to create.
They’re a darker print than lots of others I’ve seen. Plus they’re easy to dress up or down and are extremely comfortable because the heel is just over 3″.
The style is Gayle by Calvin Klein and another highly recommend find on my list.
I’m now on the hunt for a black faux fur coat, if I find the perfect one I’ll let you know.
Glow with the flow,
Bren xo
